What items can you remove?
We can remove almost anything — furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, yard waste, scrap metal, construction debris, garage clutter, estate contents, and general household junk. The only items we cannot take are hazardous chemicals, tires, rocks, or dirt.
What is Full-Service Junk Removal?
With Full-Service, you don’t lift a finger. Just point to what needs to go and our crew handles everything — carrying items out, loading the truck, and hauling it away. This includes items inside your home, upstairs, in the garage, backyard, or anywhere on the property.
What is Curbside Junk Removal?
Curbside is our most affordable option. You move your items to the curb or a driveway-accessible spot ahead of time, and we load and haul from there. It’s a great fit if your items are already outside or easy to move.
Pricing & Payment
How is pricing determined?
We price by volume — meaning you pay based on how much space your junk takes up in our truck, not by the hour or by item count. The more you have, the more cost-effective it gets. Our pricing tiers run from Bulk Item ($80–$120) up to XXL Load ($550–$700). Tap “Check Prices” on the main page to see all tiers with examples.
Can I get an estimate before committing?
Yes. Text us a photo of your items to (480) 236-6172 and we’ll send you a free, no-obligation estimate — usually within minutes. You can also use the Get Estimate form on this page.
What if I'm not sure what load size I need?
That’s completely fine — select “Not Sure” in the booking form and we’ll assess the load when we arrive and confirm pricing before we start. No surprises.
What if my load is bigger than an XXL?
No problem. Contact us directly at (480) 236-6172 and we’ll customize a solution. For very large jobs like full estate cleanouts, we may schedule a walkthrough or multi-load arrangement.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, check, Venmo, and online payments. Payment is collected after the job is complete and you’re satisfied.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We believe in transparent, upfront pricing. What we quote is what you pay. The only variables that could affect price are load size (if it’s larger than estimated on arrival) or special circumstances like heavy item surcharges — and we’ll always discuss those with you before starting.

How do I book a pickup?
Tap “Book Now” on main page and fill out our booking form. It takes about two minutes. You’ll select your service type, load size, preferred pickup day and time window, and provide your address and contact info. We’ll confirm your appointment shortly after.
Can I call or text instead of booking online?

How far in advance should I book?
Our schedule fills up quickly, especially on weekends. We recommend booking as soon as you know your preferred date. That said, we often have same-day and next-day availability — so don’t hesitate to reach out even on short notice.
Do you offer same-day service?

What time windows are available for pickup?
We offer four arrival windows: 7AM–10AM, 10AM–1PM, 1PM–4PM, and 2PM–5PM. Select your preferred window at booking. We’ll send you a heads-up when we’re on the way.
Do I need to be home during the pickup?
Not necessarily. As long as we can access the items — and you’ve provided any gate codes or access instructions in the booking form — our crew can handle the job without you present. We’ll send a confirmation when the job is complete.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Life happens. Just call or text us at (480) 236-6172 as early as possible and we’ll get you rescheduled. We appreciate as much notice as you can give so we can open the slot for other customers.
On The Day of Pickup
How will I know when the crew is on the way?
You’ll receive a notification when the crew is heading your way. If anything changes or we’re running ahead of or behind schedule, we’ll reach out directly.
What if my items are inside the home?
No problem. With Full-Service, our crew will enter the home and carry items out as needed. Just make sure pathways are reasonably clear and let us know of any special access instructions at booking.
Will there be any damage to my property?
Our crew takes care when navigating tight spaces, doorways, and stairs. We handle items carefully and work to protect your floors, walls, and landscaping throughout the job.
Are you insured?

On average, 50% of items are donated to local charities, 30% are recycled at appropriate facilities, and only 20% go to landfill. Materials like electronics, scrap metal, appliances, cardboard, and more are sorted and sent to the right places.
